![]() Using an apron that is too small will make parts of your map disappear under the appron, while too large an apron will sport a (usually rather ugly) strip of water on the north and east side of the map. The Caesar 4 editor lets you choose from a fair number of map sizes however, for most of the sizes, there are no fitting aprons available. An apron is the terrain bits that go around the map, the scenery beyond the map edge.
